My Review:

Oh. My. God.  Before I can even get into all of my thoughts about this book let me just say this.  YOU NEED TO READ THIS SERIES!  The first two books are just a set up of the mass amounts of craziness that will make your mind feel like a tornado of craziness with all of your emotions constantly slapping you in the face.  I can’t remember a book that took ahold of me as much as this one did.  There were so many times where I told myself that it couldn’t get any more twisted, and what does Mrs. Davis do?  She throws bomb after bomb of events into this world.  I was absolutely hooked!

This is probably my favorite installment of the series so far (I still have to read the two novellas).  There is so much going on, but at the same time it isn’t to the point that it makes the story feel like it is a mass of confusion.  There were so many tragic and happy events happening one after the other that you had no idea what you were experiencing as a reader.  You were hooked, but not confused for ENTIRE the duration of the book.  There definitely wasn’t a dull moment in sight!

The character development was fulfilling as an end to the series.  We get to experience the points of view from Ariana, Zane, and (for the first time!) Cal.  As a reader, I could see the differences between the three books in the development of the characters and their reactions to each other which brought the story to a great ending.

You know that feeling you get when you have about 20ish pages left in a book but there is just so much still going on that you don’t know how in the heck it is going to end?  Yeah, this is that book.  I felt like the book had so much going on that it ended with you face first into a concrete wall.  I think the story concluded on a perfect note that left me satisfied.  Questions are answered and events click together.  This book received a full 5 out of 5 stars from me.  I was literally freaking out alongside Ari, Cal, and Zane multiple times.  It was highly enjoyable, easy to read, and extremely engaging.  If you haven’t started this series yet, you know you are missing so much!  Siobhan will grab your heart and soul with the ending of this awesome series.
