If you’ve read the first book, Truth, you may remember these characters: Gretchen and Luca. While I loved Drew and Dominic’s steamy chemistry more, I did find that this couple satisfied a different aspect of romance for me.

This follows a taboo relationship with an unhappily married man and the girl he desperately falls in love with. There are all types of steamy scenes and forbidden affairs between the two. I tended to like reading the more ‘realistic’ tones of this couple versus the dramatic, dream-like situation in the last book.

Worship does start off where Truth left off, but just with a different character mashup. Overall, I enjoyed reading through the captivating writing, and I plan on continuing with the Sinful series in the future. A 4 out of 5 star read for me!
