I absolutely love this cover! If you’ve been around this series before, you may know that it recently received a new cover, and it’s gorgeous!

When she finds her best friend murdered, the main character finds she’s not alone. A seemingly random stranger helps disguise her from the true, freightening murderers. She later finds out that the strange powers she’s felt may be more than she thought as the two discover more about each other.

This paranormal story was both suspenseful and enticing. I particularly loved the romance in its dark and steamy ways.

I gave this one 4 out of 5 stars. It was a fairly easy story to get into, and the dynamic between the characters was fierce. If you love diverse worlds featuring various paranormal societies, this is for you.

I can’t wait to see what happens in Book 2!
