This book completely lives up to it’s title. The main character goes from a total jerk to redeeming himself in the end.

It’s an emotional story that was very up and down for me. Especially with his behavior in the beginning, I had a hard time wanting to continue on.

But that’s what the author wants you to feel towards him. He’s an unlikeable character, so in the end, the writing was very convincing.

There are tons of twists and turns that further complicate the characters, but it drives him to become a better person.

I gave this book 3 out of 5 stars.
