This is a fierce romance that I recommend to readers who want a fast, intense chemistry. A prophecy and a dream lead two characters into each others’ arms, and it’s only the beginning.

And trust me, this is a FAST romance. Like within the first meeting fast. If you’re looking for a slow-burn, you’re in the wrong place. But the relationship has been foretold for ages, and his father wants nothing more than to stop it.

I gave this one a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The story does follow the mystical world of gods, beasts, and humans and the wars between them, so there isn’t just a romance involved in this novella.

I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a unique, dark retelling!
