If you love dark and broken characters, this author needs to be on your watchlist!

We are introduced to a main character following an accidental deadly fight and the mental repercussions he faces months thereafter. His development was definitely my favorite part of this book.

As for the female side of the story, I wasn’t too impressed by her character. She’s for sure the sweeter side to his rugged exterior, but nothing quite stood out by her. Their relationship is a second chance we see coming!

A 3 out of 5 star book encompassing the author’s true, twisted writing style.
