I haven’t read the first three books, but I can say that I didn’t feel like I was missing anything.

We follow the two main characters, an FBI agent and the one he’s head-over-heels for, as they struggle to keep each other safe from the tragic events that unfold around them and her son.

It’s a super suspenseful story that will keep you on the edge of your seat while also providing the right amount of chemistry that will tug at your protective heartstrings.

I gave this one 3 out of 5 stars and recommend this one for readers who love government agents with a protective, suspenseful romance!
