Bookish Monday (#14) : 25 Tattoos Inspired by Books

Do you love books? Do you happen to love tattoos? Well here is a Bookish Monday you will not want to miss out on!

There are so many ways to show your love of books. Many people love to display accessories that contain quotes or secret sayings only other bibliophiles would understand, or wear a creative shirt that may say “I read past my bedtime.” What I think is one of the ultimate ways to show off your bookish-side is to get a permanent piece of art that will stay with you forever. Tattoos are not for everyone, but for those who love to get inked, here are some awesome book tattoos that I have come across over the last few years. My favorite idea for a new tattoo would be one inspired by the ever-awesome Harry Potter series 🙂 For those of you that may not know, I am a huge Potterhead! I read the books at least once a year, and the movies are played constantly. I know so many Harry Potter facts that I think my boyfriend is starting to get irritated with all of my mid-movie jabber lol. But, I would love to have a small way to show my love of the world of Hogwarts.

Another idea of a bookish tattoo is one for all of the classic lovers. One of my favorite classic literatures is The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland. With all of the crazy and creative aspects of the story, there are a multitude of idea for tattoos. Here are some of the ones that I have found:
